For International orders (prepaid only), shipping charges will apply. Exact charges can be seen on the check-out page after the location where the garment has to be shipped, has been filled in the form. You can drop us an email at contact@anokha-bandhan.com just in case you have further queries.
We do not ship to any PO Boxes.
We will deliver your order within India in approximately 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
International orders may take up to 30 working days to deliver (excluding weekends and holidays).
Our endeavour is always to deliver your order at the earliest, however as you would be aware custom fitted garments take a longer time. The exact time will be informed to you via email on receipt of order.
For orders received after 2pm on Friday, number of delivery days should be counted from Monday onwards.
After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email that will have all the information about dispatch and tracking. Tracking information will be updated regularly.

We are working with registered courier companies like DTDC, FedEx, DHL, etc as our courier partners within India and globally.
Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel after which they will bring it back to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at to ensure smooth delivery of your parcel.
We will inform you via email once the parcel has been dispatched. You can track your orders from the ‘Track Order’ section on the website.
Courier services may take up to 24 hours to activate tracking for an order after it has been shipped. Please re-check again after 24 hours. If there is still an issue, please contact us.
While we will adhere to our timelines, on a rare occasion if your order gets delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. If there is still an issue, please drop us an email or a message. We will check the issue and share the revised timelines with you.
We will be sending a hard copy of the Invoice with every purchase. A soft copy will also be emailed to you on your registered email ID.
You may choose the credit card or debit card option to pay during checkout and enter the details when prompted. Please keep your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number handy.
