After placing an order, you can cancel within 24 hours through e- mail or message. Although we do hope, this is never the case.
We offer size exchange for Standard sizes only for the same product, style, and colour that has been purchased if initiated within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Please email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of purchase clearly specifying the reason for exchange from the below options:
We will confirm via email if the reason specified is eligible for exchange. Upon our email, please courier the garment for exchange in its original packaging. Once received, we will inspect it and initiate an exchange if all is in order in terms of tags and labels and the garment is not damaged, decoloured with makeup or otherwise, dusty or have pet hair (i.e. is in the original condition in which it was parcelled from our end). For damaged garments, exchange will not be possible. For undamaged garments, we will reach out through email to confirm when the exchange garment will reach you.
Customised orders cannot be exchanged.
International orders are not eligible for exchange.
All our products are professionally photographed and are very close replicas of the actual product in terms of style (colours might vary slightly due to use of natural dyes). Besides being harmful to the environment such an exchange would become unsold inventory for us. Hence such exchanges are not permitted. We would prefer that you contact us before the purchase to resolve queries, if any.
